12th INTERNATIONAL BAŞÖĞRETMEN CONGRESS ON EDUCATION AND INNOVATIVE SCIENCES

Was held in Ankara on 23–24 November 2025 with broad international participation. At the opening ceremony, İKSAD President Dr. Mustafa Latif Emek, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serkan Yorgancılar, Head of the Youth and Sports Department of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, and Organizing Committee Chair Prof. Dr. Osman Kubilay Gül delivered remarks highlighting the importance of innovative approaches in educational sciences, the strategic global value of training qualified teachers, and the congress’s contribution to these fields.

The congress hosted participants from 26 countries, fostering a rich academic platform on contemporary education models, educational technologies, and innovative scientific research.
