As part of our Science Diplomacy Project, IKSAD President Mustafa Latif EMEK visited the Syrian University of Science and Technology.

During his meeting with Acting Rector Mr. Mohammed Khattab, Mr. EMEK emphasized the importance of the internationalization of higher education institutions in Syria in the upcoming period.

Mr. Khattab stated that, due to the war, they have made great efforts to sustain educational activities in an isolated region and that they are ready to collaborate with universities in Türkiye.
