İKSAD Institute President Mustafa Latif Emek and Azerbaijan Representative Elvan Caferov Visit Turkey-Azerbaijan University in Baku

3 October 2024- Today, İKSAD Institute President Mustafa Latif Emek and Azerbaijan representative Elvan Caferov visited Turkey-Azerbaijan University in Baku and were hosted by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Şimşir. Following a heartfelt discussion on the significance of the university’s establishment for both countries and particularly for the Turkic World, the İKSAD delegation congratulated Prof. Şimşir and presented him with a commemorative plaque.
