SCIENTIFIC DIPLOMACY VISIT FROM THE İKSAD DELEGATION TO TOROS UNIVERSITY

The delegation of the Institute of Economic Development and Social Research (IKSAD) paid a meaningful visit to Toros University within the scope of its scientific diplomacy activities. The delegation was led by the President of IKSAD, Mustafa Latif Emek, and included Board Members Arzu Al, Giorgi Chubinidze, and Manuchar Shishinashvili, as well as General Coordinator Atabek Movlyanov. The delegation also included Anastasia Bajiashvili, Dean of the IT and Engineering School at Georgian American University, and Vice Dean Nino Lolashvili.

During the visit, the delegation met with the Rector of Toros University, Ömer Arıöz, in his office. Comprehensive discussions were held on international academic cooperation, scientific projects, and internationalization in higher education. The meeting was highly productive, with important evaluations made toward strengthening institutional collaboration and increasing joint academic activities.

As part of the visit, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Georgian American University and Toros University to enhance academic cooperation.
