The 11th ISPEC International Baltic Countries Congress on Modern Scientific Research was successfully held from 1–7 July 2026 as part of an international science diplomacy program covering the Baltic capitals of Riga (Latvia), Vilnius (Lithuania), Tallinn (Estonia), and Helsinki (Finland).

The congress brought together academics, researchers, and scientists from different countries, providing an outstanding platform for presenting scientific studies across various disciplines. The event significantly strengthened international academic knowledge sharing, promoted interdisciplinary collaboration, and fostered new global research partnerships.

In addition to the scientific sessions, participants took part in cultural programs, academic visits, and institutional meetings in Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, and Helsinki. These activities provided valuable opportunities to gain first-hand insight into the higher education systems, research infrastructure, science policies, and rich cultural heritage of the Baltic countries.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan DAĞDEVİREN, Congress Chair, for his outstanding leadership and dedicated contributions to the successful organization of the congress. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to the members of the Scientific and Organizing Committees, our partner institutions, and all participants whose scientific contributions made this distinguished international event possible.

By combining science diplomacy, international academic cooperation, and cultural exchange, the congress made a meaningful contribution to the global scientific community. We hope that the collaborations established during this event will continue to inspire future international research initiatives and academic partnerships.
