13th EL RUHA INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

Organized by the IKSAD Institute, the congress was successfully held with the participation of scientists from 30 different countries.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Çiftçi (Harran University) served as the Congress Chair, while Samira Khadhraoui Ontunc acted as the General Coordinator.

The opening speech was delivered by Dr. Mustafa Latif Emek, President of IKSAD.
