Chaired by Prof. Dr. Tolga Karaköy and Prof. Dr. Ercan Ceyhan, and coordinated by Dr. Yeter ÇİLESİZ, the congress featured 397 scientific papers from 38 countries, creating a robust academic platform that brings together current research trends in engineering and basic sciences.
