THE 2ND INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON GLOBAL ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING, DESIGN AND URBANISM was held on May 21, 2026, hosted by Saigon Technology University.
Organized in Vietnam within the framework of the IKSAD Science Diplomacy Project, the congress brought together academics, researchers, and scientists from different countries around the world in the fields of architecture, engineering, design, and urbanism.
Following the opening and welcoming speeches delivered by Dr. Cao Hao Thi, Rector of Saigon Technology University, and Dr. Mustafa Latif EMEK, President of the IKSAD Institute, the event continued with an exhibition opening and cultural dance performances.
As one of Vietnam’s emerging higher education institutions, Saigon Technology University stands out with its modern academic infrastructure, international vision, and strong commitment to scientific research and innovation. The university’s openness to global academic collaborations makes a significant contribution to science diplomacy.
The IKSAD Institute was represented at the congress by our Executive Board Member Nguyen Thi Bich Van and our Director of International Relations, Samira ONTUNÇ.
