4th INTERNATIONAL AZERBAIJAN CONGRESS ON SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDED IN SHUSHA

The 4th International Azerbaijan Congress on Scientific Research was successfully held in Shusha, Azerbaijan, from July 23–27, 2026.

Bringing together academics and researchers from different countries, the congress provided an international platform for presenting original scientific studies from various disciplines. The event made significant contributions to strengthening academic knowledge exchange, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, and fostering new international research partnerships.

The opening ceremony featured an online address by Dr. Mustafa Latif EMEK, President of the IKSAD Institute, who emphasized the importance of international academic cooperation and welcomed all participants.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Prof. Shahin Sadigov, President of ESRI Azerbaijan, Prof. Anar Eminov, Rector of Mingachevir State University, Prof. Elbrus Isayev, Rector of Nakhchivan State University, and Elvan Caferov, IKSAD Representative in Azerbaijan, for their valuable support and outstanding contributions to the successful organization of the congress.

As part of the congress program, participants joined a cultural and social tour that provided an opportunity to discover the rich historical and cultural heritage of Shusha. Alongside the scientific sessions, these activities strengthened academic collaboration and fostered lasting friendships among researchers from different countries.
