Hosted by Sivas Cumhuriyet University, the 4th International Food Research Congress featured valuable scientific exchanges in the fields of food science and sustainable production.

 

The Honorary Chair, Prof. Dr. Ahmet ŞENGÖNÜL, serves as the Rector of Sivas Cumhuriyet University.

The Congress Chair was Prof. Dr. Özlem Pelin CAN,

and the Co-Chairs were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emre HASTAOĞLU and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Meryem GÖKSEL SARAÇ.

 

The opening speeches were delivered by

Prof. Dr. Süleyman DEĞİRMEN, Vice Rector of Sivas Cumhuriyet University,

and Dr. Atabek MOVLYANOV, General Coordinator of İKSAD.

 

With over 400 scientific papers presented, the congress strengthened the interaction between academia and industry by sharing the latest developments in food science, technology, safety, and sustainable production.
