5TH INTERNATIONAL FOOD RESEARCH CONGRESS (ICONFOOD’26) SUCCESSFULLY HELD IN AZERBAIJAN

The 5th International Food Research Congress (ICONFOOD’26), jointly organized by IKSAD Institute, Azerbaijan Cooperation University, and the Food Studies Application and Research Center of Sivas Cumhuriyet University, was successfully held in Azerbaijan from October 16 to 18, 2026.
Bringing together academics, scientists, and researchers specializing in food sciences, the congress provided an international academic platform for discussing current scientific research, developments in food technology, innovative approaches, and interdisciplinary studies.
The scientific sessions contributed significantly to promoting academic knowledge exchange, strengthening international scientific interaction, and exploring new opportunities for cooperation in the field of food research.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Prof. Dr. Eldar QULİYEV, Rector of Azerbaijan Cooperation University; Beyalı ATAŞOV, Vice Rector; and Prof. Dr. Özlem Pelin CAN, Congress Chair, for their valuable support and contributions to the successful organization of the congress.
