The Honorary President of our congress was Dr. Ülkər Səttarova from the State Agency for Science and Higher Education of Azerbaijan,

while the Chair of the Organizing Committee was Prof. Dr. Ulduz Həşimova, General Director of the A. I. Garayev Institute of Physiology under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
