The Honorary President of our congress was Dr. ĂlkÉr SÉttarova from the State Agency for Science and Higher Education of Azerbaijan,
while the Chair of the Organizing Committee was Prof. Dr. Ulduz HÉĹimova, General Director of the A. I. Garayev Institute of Physiology under the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
