Organized by İKSAD Institute, the 9th ISPEC International Congress on Modern Scientific Researches was successfully held in Dubai, UAE, between 8–12 November 2025.
Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Mehmet Fırat Baran (Siirt University), the Congress President, and Prof. Dr. Korkmaz Bellitürk (Tekirdağ Namık Kemal University), the Chair of the Organizing Committee, a total of 330 scientific papers from 29 countries were presented.
The congress served as a significant platform for discussing current trends in modern scientific research and enhancing international academic collaboration.
