ACADEMIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN THE IKSAD INSTITUTE AND THE POLYTECHNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES

The IKSAD Institute and the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Open University System (PUPOUS) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening international academic and scientific collaboration.

Within the framework of this agreement, the two institutions will collaborate in organizing international scientific conferences, supporting academic publishing activities, developing joint research projects, and expanding academic exchange and cooperation opportunities for researchers, academics, and students.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the IKSAD Institute by Prof. Dr. Frolian MOBO, Member of the IKSAD Supreme Council and IKSAD Representative in the Philippines, and on behalf of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines by Dr. Rudolf Anthony A. Lacerna, Member of the University Senate.

This partnership reflects the shared vision of both institutions to promote research excellence, strengthen knowledge sharing, and enhance international academic engagement. It is also expected to contribute significantly to the expansion of academic networks and the global dissemination of scientific knowledge.

Through its scientific cooperation and science diplomacy initiatives, the IKSAD Institute continues to strengthen strategic partnerships with higher education institutions around the world and to foster international academic collaboration.
