As part of the IKSAD Science Diplomacy Project, the President of the Libya Scientific Research Authority, Prof. Dr. Faisal Muhammed Elabdli, paid a visit to the Rector of Ankara University, Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar.
Accompanied by IKSAD Secretary General Dr. Kaldygül Adilbekova, Libya’s Academic Attaché to Ankara Ezeddin Arbi, and Embassy Counselor Abdelhamed Barani, the visit focused on discussions to enhance collaboration between the two institutions.
