IKSAD VISITS THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE IN ZURICH AS PART OF THE SCIENCE DIPLOMACY PROGRAM

As part of the IKSAD Science Diplomacy Program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ethem İlhan ŞAHİN, Member of the IKSAD High Council, visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Türkiye in Zurich, where he met with Mr. Furkan YILMAZ, Acting Consul General.

During the meeting, information was exchanged regarding IKSAD Institute’s international activities, academic initiatives conducted in Switzerland, and its science diplomacy activities. The parties also discussed potential initiatives to further strengthen academic and cultural relations between Türkiye and Switzerland, as well as opportunities for future joint projects and institutional cooperation.

The meeting highlighted the importance of scientific and academic engagement in strengthening relations between countries, with an exchange of views on developing sustainable academic and cultural ties between Türkiye and Switzerland.
