INNOVATIVE STUDIES IN NUTRITION AND GASTRONOMY DISCUSSED IN ISTANBUL

The workshop focusing on current and innovative approaches in the fields of nutrition and gastronomy was held in Istanbul on 25 December 2025, hosted by İKSAD. Moderated by Dr. Zhuldyz SAKHI, the meeting featured Özüm Özoğlu, Tuğçe Ertabak, Cennet Aydın, and Merve Macit as speakers, who shared their innovative studies, interdisciplinary projects, and practice-oriented research in nutrition and gastronomy. Key topics of the meeting included sustainable nutrition approaches, current gastronomy trends, and science-based practices.

Bringing together academic and sectoral perspectives, the workshop was successfully concluded, providing a productive platform for knowledge exchange and the strengthening of collaboration.
