OFFICIAL VISIT TO AZERBAIJANI MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT AND CHAIRMAN OF THE COUNCIL OF ELDERS

Mr. Eldar Guliyev

As the İKSAD Delegation, we visited Mr. Eldar Guliyev within the scope of our official meetings in Azerbaijan.

The meeting took place in an extremely productive and cordial atmosphere.

Mr. Guliyev expressed his appreciation for the work carried out by İKSAD, stating:

“We closely and appreciatively follow İKSAD’s contributions to the scientific cooperation between our two countries.

Your vision for strengthening regional academic networks is highly valuable for both Türkiye and Azerbaijan.”

With these remarks, he conveyed his trust and confidence in the Institute.

During the visit, comprehensive discussions were held on:

📌 Strengthening inter-university cooperation and enhancing academic mobility

📌 The strategic role of science diplomacy in bilateral relations

📌 A shared foreign policy vision reinforcing Türkiye–Azerbaijan friendship

📌 Collaborative efforts to advance regional stability and scientific capacity

It was reaffirmed that the deep-rooted brotherly ties between the two countries will continue to grow stronger through new joint initiatives in science and education.

During the meeting, İKSAD President Mustafa Latif EMEK expressed his gratitude to Mr. Guliyev for his steadfast support of our scientific activities.
