The 4th International Tashkent Scientific Research Congress was held at Chirkik State Pedagogical University between April 8-10, 2025. The opening program of the congress, where 1227 papers from 18 countries were presented, started with the speeches of Chirkik State Pedagogical University Rector Mr. Gafurjan Muhamedov, Adana Alparslan Turkes Science and Technology University Rector Mr. Adnan SÖZEN and IKSAD Institute President Mr. Mustafa Latif EMEK.
