Chaired by Assoc. Prof. Emine Kılıçaslan, the opening ceremony featured addresses by Prof. Dr. Nimetullah Burnak, Vice Rector of Mudanya University, and Atabek Movlyanov, General Coordinator of İKSAD, emphasizing the role of science, innovation, and international academic cooperation.
