The 15th International Culture, Tourism and Civilization Congress took place on 18-19-20 October 2024 at Bitlis Eren University. Within the scope of the congress, which started with the speeches of Bitlis Governor Ahmet Karakaya, Bitlis Eren University Rector Prof. Dr. Necmettin Elmastaş, IKSAD Institute Chief Advisor Sefa Salih Bildirici, Bitlis Mayor Nesrullah Tanğlay, Provincial Director of Tourism Ali Fuat Eker, hundreds of invited academics from 22 countries made their presentations face-to-face and online. The congress, where our participants were introduced to the hospitality and culinary culture of Bitlis as well as the presentations, continued with a sightseeing program on the second and third days. We would like to thank Governor Ahmet KARAKAYA, Rector Necmettin ELMASTAŞ and Mayor Nesrullah TANĞLAY for hosting our fifteenth event where we brought the cultural and scientific accumulation of the first 14 congresses organized by IKSAD Institute in important centers of the world such as Egypt, Argentina, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, United States of America to Bitlis.
