Organized by the IKSAD Institute and hosted by Sivas University of Science and Technology, the 4th Sivas International Congress on Scientific Research and Innovation was successfully held on May 30–31, 2025.
Prof. Dr. Mehmet KUL, Rector of Sivas University of Science and Technology, served as the Honorary President of the congress, while Prof. Dr. Kağan KÖKTEN, Vice Rector, served as the Congress Chair.
We express our sincere gratitude to all researchers, scholars, and contributors for enriching the congress with their interdisciplinary studies and innovative insights.
