SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION AGREEMENT SIGNED BETWEEN İKSAD INSTITUTE AND THE UNIVERSITY OF MATANZAS, CUBA

Within the scope of the Science Diplomacy Project, a delegation from IKSAD (Institute of Economic Development and Social Research) visited the University of Matanzas in Cuba and held a consultative meeting with the university administration aimed at enhancing scientific cooperation. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on strengthening future academic and scientific collaborations between the two institutions.

Following the discussions, a formal academic cooperation agreement was signed between the IKSAD Institute and the University of Matanzas.

The meeting and signing ceremony were attended by Prof. Dr. Leyda Finalé de la Cruz, Rector of the University of Matanzas; Dr. Mustafa Latif Emek, President of IKSAD; Vice Rectors Laura Becalli Puerta and Liz Pérez Martinez; Publishing Group President Sefa Salih Bildirici; as well as Bilgen Özlük and Emir Aydoğan.

Through this agreement, the two institutions aim to enhance mutual academic engagement by developing joint scientific projects, academic publications, conferences, and symposia.
