BİLTEK International Scientific Research and Current Developments Congress, which was held for the 9th time by IKSAD Institute, was held in Hakkari between 1-3 June 2024.
Deputy Governor Furkan BERBER, IKSAD Foreign Relations Director Samira ONTUNÇ, Hakkari University Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Can YILMAZ, Provincial Director of National Education Nurettin YILMAZ, Industry and Technology Director Ramazan DOĞRULAR, invited speaker astrophysicist Dr. Umut Yıldız took the floor at the opening programme of the congress organised in cooperation with Hakkari Governorship, Hakkari University and Herkari Science Art Literature Association. We would like to thank those who contributed to the organisation of our congress, which continued for 3 days with face-to-face and online sessions, and our congress chair Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşegül AYYILDIZ.
