THE 3RD INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON ECONOMICS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SCIENCES, ORGANIZED IN COOPERATION WITH THE IKSAD INSTITUTE AND HOSTED BY BİNGÖL UNIVERSITY, WAS SUCCESSFULLY HELD ON MAY 22–23, 2025

The 3rd International Congress on Economics and Administrative Sciences, organized in cooperation with the IKSAD Institute and hosted by Bingöl University, was successfully held on May 22–23, 2025, in Bingöl.

Held under the theme “New Approaches in Economics, Business, Politics, and Management in the Axis of Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence,” the congress brought together national and international scholars.

During the opening session, the Honorary President of the Congress and Rector of Bingöl University, Prof. Dr. Erdal Çelik, Congress Chair Prof. Dr. Halim Tatlı, and General Coordinator of the IKSAD Institute, Mr. Atabek Movliyanov, addressed the participants.

Keynote speeches by Dr. Mustafa Kurtaran, President of the 3rd Penal Chamber of the Court of Cassation, and Prof. Dr. İbrahim Türkoğlu provided significant academic contributions.
