We are happy to share the biggest example of scientific cooperation in history between Global South countries, this time between  Mexico and Turkey, which also have attracted scientists from more than 40 different countries with different sections on social, applied and economic sciences. The main objective is to encourage scientists to work together  to propose a radical new approach to revitalise science in the  South continent, in developing countries.
