Science and cooperation between Global South countries. Case of Turkey- Brazilian scientific collaboration By encouraging initiatives to stop the brain drain in the Global South, fostering South-South cooperation and exchange, and, of course, utilizing science and scientific diplomacy to advance peace and security, İKSAD America seeks to increase the scope of collaborative efforts. President of İKSAD Institute Dr. Mustafa Latif Emek has visited universities in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentine. During his visit he passed the Scientific Awards to Brazilian and Argentinian scientists who collaborated within İKSAD Projects and Turkish academia.
